We offer excellent customer service and are here to guide you through any issues or answer any questions you have so you can enjoy an unbeatable streaming experience.
How does the product work?
To use one of the boxes, you simply plug it into your TV using the HDMI cable provided and go through the guided initial setup to connect with Wi-Fi or Ethernet. That's it!
Where can I use the box?
You can use any of the boxes pretty much anywhere as long as there is internet and an HDMI connection. Some people take them on vacation across the US and even to other countries.
What kind of internet speed is required?
For a good streaming experience, it is recommended to have a network speed of at least 15 mbps. It is also advised to use an ethernet hardwire network over a wi-fi network for a more stable and faster streaming experience. If watching VOD, you have the option to adjust the picture quality from high to low if needed. For 4K/UHD VODs in HEAT VOD Ultra, a network speed of 25 mbps is recommended.
Do I need a VPN to use a box?
If you don't personally need a VPN, the boxes will work just fine without one. However, if you frequently use 3rd party apps or need to change your location for certain services, it's best to have one. A VPN can provide you with added security and access to content that may be restricted in your area. It's always good to have the option available, especially if you rely on certain apps or services that may require it.
Can I add apps to the boxes?
Yes, you can add all kinds of apps to the box. These boxes are compatible with the Google Android TV system, so you can use the Google Play Store to download most apps. For some 3rd party apps out of the Google Play Store, you can visit the Market on the home page.
Is there a warranty on the boxes?
Yes, vSeeBox provides a 1-year hardware warranty that covers components like the processor and wifi card. However, it does not cover damages caused by human errors, such as dropping the device or exposing it to water. The warranty ensures that the essential hardware components are protected for a year, giving users peace of mind in case of any unforeseen issues with the device. It’s important to note the limitations of the warranty to avoid any misunderstandings.
